Hey BookFans! I'm so sorry about the lag in blog posts but you know, life. Anyhoo, how's everyone doing with their reading goals so far? It is now September and I'm ahead of my personal reading schedule. I'm really happy about it because I would love to dedicate more time to reading but once again, life. What can you do? This thought led to my Instagram question of the week. Do you always have a book on hand in case of unexpected downtime while you're away from home? The numbers are in and 81% of you said yes. A book is always with you, just in case. I read ebooks mainly so I ALWAYS have a book with me no matter where I go. I read in the car quite often (only when I'm the passenger, give me some credit) and when I'm waiting in line for different reasons. Reading is an important part of my life so I have to have access. As all of you know, life is busy and hectic and can take unexpected turns (can you say 'month eight of pandemic'?) so why not be prepared for some of those times. Let me know in the comments how you take time out of your day to catch up on your reading. I'm always down for a tip or trick. Be sure to check my Stories on Instagram on Monday for the question of the day. I love to get your thoughts. Until then, help me root on my White Sox, read more books, and always be a fan like a real BookFan!
